The 36-year old actress announced on Sunday that she and her actor boyfriend Matt Stokoe have welcomed a baby boy. Sophie, who also appeared in hit BBC series happy Valley, said she was still 'delirious' as she posted a series of photos.

Alongside them she gushed: "He’s here. I am fully ready and expecting to nosedive off the hormonal cliff edge at any moment but for now I am riding this heavenly wave of perfect love.

Sophie is best known for starring as Ada Shelby in the Peaky Blinders TV series alongside Cillian Murphy. She has also played Ann Walker in Gentleman Jack and Vicky Budd in Bodyguard.
